Every year we learn a bit more about how to hold a successful contest, and how we can best identify candidates who will have a successful title year. As such, we strive to improve the rules, events and criteria to ensure we not only find a successful title holder, but allow each class of contestants to learn and grow in their bootblacking and have fun while doing so.

Any changes that occur to the rules, events, and even Judging panel will be announced here.
